MARGARITAS!!!

I have been working hard on perfecting my Margaritas. It is a tough job, but someone has to do it. Well, they are finally perfect! I use only fresh squeezed juice to make them the best they can be! If I close my eyes after a sip… I am instantly on the beach in Cabo! Well, I have to get back to the awesome birthday parties going on! Monkey Margs! Sounds great and what a way to beat the heat!. What I really want to know is when are you rolling out the SMOKED RIBS! Can’t wait toooo much longer.
Finally, the dreaded wait is over. YOU HAVE RIBS! Tender, smoked, and fall’n off d’bone good! I think you should add a half-side of ribs to the menu (feed the whole family). The wifey had the the Chicken Pesto pizza and that too was out of the park good.
I also mixed one of your killer Margs with my Ice Tea to create a frozen Arnold Palmer with a kick.
Once again we left with no room for dessert and a snack for tomorrow! Keep up the great work.
Well, According to the kids Monkey Business was a hit! We spent about 2 and half to 3 hours there and it was great! My main thing was it was clean! Unlike other places that you can go. We did the personal pizzas fr the kids and big one for mom and dad.(and fried zukes for dad as well) All very good. Maybe cut back on the oil in the pizza dough though. But a great time for all. In fact we have some friends from the eastside that we told about Monkey Business and no were gonna all go next weekend. So grats on the whole thing, ya did good.

Hi Mike, I am glad to hear that you stopped by again so soon, and enjoyed everything so much! Those ribs went so fast I am actually smoking up another batch this afternoon, they are soaking up all the flavors from my home made rib rub right now! I will of course have to sample a half rack when they are done, it is such a tough job, but someone has to do it!!!
